Returns & Refunds Policy – Fancy Beds

At Fancy Beds Ltd (Pvt. Ltd No. 16733125), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work in accordance with UK consumer law.

14-Day Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and returned in suitable packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins, unless faulty. If faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos. We will repair, replace, or fully refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-Faulty Returns

Change-of-mind returns must be unused and unassembled. Opened or used mattresses are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Collection can be arranged from £90, deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for used or assembled items (unless faulty), opened mattresses, incomplete items, or items disposed of before return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect items. Non-fault exchanges may incur a charge of up to £90 for collection and redelivery.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–14 working days after inspection. Delivery charges are refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect.
