Terms & Conditions – Fancy Beds

These Terms apply to all purchases from Fancy Beds Ltd. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

Orders

An order becomes binding once we issue an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or misuse. Many products require self-assembly; customers should check all items before assembly.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your legal rights.

Right to Cancel

You may cancel non-custom items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and unassembled. Opened or used mattresses are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including for made-to-order items.

Returns & Refunds

Non-faulty returns may incur a collection fee (from £90), deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Customers must ensure clear access. Missed or failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.

Product Information

Images and descriptions are for guidance only. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
